DELIVERY
Deliveries to the EU countries are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid basis meaning that prices already include VAT.
If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, or other charges based on local laws or customs rules. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there. Prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs.
RETURNS
When you buy pieces from ANNA ETTER, we hope you love it. However, if you are not 100% happy with you order you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
