These are the terms of supply for products ordered on www.annaetter.com (Site) and/or through web or mobile application which allows product ordering.  ANNA ETTER offers you an online purchasing service which allows you to purchase a selection of the items available at our stores from your computer. You can also benefit from promotions, gifts and exclusive offers.

The Site is operated by Anna Ovsyannikova e.U.  (ANNA ETTER, we, us and our),sole proprietorship company, registered in Austria. Our GISA number is  27255681, and our registered office is at  Rembrandtstrasse 9/14, 1020. Our VAT number is  ATU72872778.

Purchase procedure and availability of products

Purchases may be paid via PayPal, Credit Card and Klarna. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment from us that we are preparing your order and giving you an order reference number. If you do not receive this e-mail, this could be due to a temporary communications problem in the network or an error in the e-mail address entered. In both cases, we advises the user to contact info@annaetter.com 

All orders are subject to the products being available. If, at the time the order is issued, our warehouse detects that there are no stocks of any of the products included within it, ANNA ETTER will make every effort to locate the item. If this is not possible, the user will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the unsent item will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used to purchase the item. 

Price and payment

The prices of Products on the Site are quoted in EUR.

For delivery to European Union countries prices already include VAT. Taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation.

Payment security

In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, ANNA ETTER uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce. Therefore, all confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment by Visa and MasterCard, ANNA ETTER only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode logos.

Delivery

Delivery of items purchased on the Site/Application will be carried out via an international courier company.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. Delivery takes 5-7 working days in the Europe and 7-18 working days for the rest of the world depending on delivery destination.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All return and exchange shipment costs will be at the customer's expense. If you wish to return your order you may send us an email or simply return to the address below:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.

Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Site and its content, including, by way of example, the images, sound, audio, video, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, colour combinations, structure, buttons, in addition to the software, commercial names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs and industrial drawings and any other symbols for industrial and commercial use are the property of ANNA ETTER or of third party owners of the same who have duly authorised their inclusion on the Site/Application.

The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making part or all of the content of the Site/Application available for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is strictly prohibited without the authorisation of ANNA ETTER.
